When you connect Outlook, Duly is granted permission to send emails through your account using Microsoft's standard OAuth flow — the same secure authorisation used by thousands of business apps. Emails sent by Duly appear in your Sent folder and land in the recipient's inbox from your address, exactly as if you'd sent them yourself. You can revoke access at any time from your Microsoft account settings.
